Availability

#

This public guide covers local diagnosis and the current launch limits. No public support inbox, TestFlight build, install link, tester count, expiration, or waitlist is published. Registration, verification, recovery, privacy, and terms remain closed.

Prerequisites

#
  • The page or native screen showing the problem
  • The last action that completed successfully
  • A non-sensitive copy of any visible error

Steps

#
  1. Confirm the action is listed as available in Launch and access status.
  2. Retry one time after restoring the required network or storage condition.
  3. For a source problem, verify the Source Repository, Source Pack, and selected My Sources entry.
  4. For an offline problem, confirm the chapter completed and the device has free storage.
  5. For an existing-user session problem, sign out locally if possible. Do not use closed verification or recovery routes.
  6. Stop if a path asks for an unavailable public install, registration, recovery, legal, or provider action.

Expected result

#

The affected local flow recovers, or you have a small set of non-sensitive facts that identifies the failed step without exposing private reading or account data.

Recovery

#

Keep the local library intact. Remove or retry only the affected Source Repository, Source Pack, My Sources entry, download, or session. Do not clear all app data as a routine troubleshooting step.

Product proof

#

The public documentation records a verified native commit and date for every published task guide. Product artwork is explicitly labeled, and no fabricated account, community, metric, waitlist, or TestFlight data is used as evidence.

Support and verification

#

The native behavior in this launch set was verified against app commit 910ef6e62eff5c99206a479148b6f2eda9d7338e on 2026-07-22. The public build number is not published.

There is no published support inbox. Preserve the page URL, last completed step, verified commit when known, and visible error for a future support handoff. Never include passwords, source credentials, cookies, tokens, TOTP codes, backup codes, or private library contents.
